Updates

The next issue of NOTES ON A NAPKIN will be published in May (deadline date is 30 April 2022). I am still aiming for a quarterly publication schedule going forward but, due to issue #1 being published late, it was published in the same month as Diplomacy World and I want to avoid that clash. Makes sense to publish them in different months, I think.
